Tamiflu Dosing and Compounding
Texas rules allow pharmacists to compounded commercially available products when specific conditions exist including a shortage of the product.  Tamiflu capsules maybe compounded into an oral suspension following the manufacturer's guidelines with the prescriber's authorization and when a shortage of the product exists.
